Arról se feledkezzünk meg, hogy a vesét remekül átmossa, kitisztítja a szervezeted. A magyar dinnye méltán híres Európában, a nemesítéseknek és a jó talajnak köszönhetően nem csak hazánkban, de más országokban is várják a nyár ezen csodás gyümölcsét. Salátának, koktélnak vagy csak magában is fogyaszthatod. A nyár elején a cseresznye és a meggy a nyerő gyümölcs, aztán a sárga és őszibarack, szilva, szőlő és alma (a korai típusok).
Rengeteg mindent el tudsz készíteni belőlük. Sütemények, szószok, bólék, koktélok, saláták, befőtt (de az inkább télre van befőzve), lekvár, fagylalt vagy akár ki is facsarhatod és remek ivólé lesz belőle.
Joghurttal bekeverve a pépesített gyümölcs a fagyasztóban nagyon gyorsan lehűl. Beleteszed egy pálcikás fagyit készítő formába, beledugod a végét és irány a mélyhűtő. Pár óra múlva mikor kiveszed a formát, a joghurtos keverék már annyira megdermed, hogy nyalható lesz. Gyerekek és felnőttek egyaránt örülnek a hűsítő nyalánkságnak.
Ma már nem csak a hagyományos jégkockát tudod előállítani, sok szilikon forma kapható eltérő vicces, gyümölcsös, állatkás mintával. Ebbe akár a kifacsart leveleket is beleöntheted és lefagyaszthatod. Koktélban jól mutat!
Vagy akár a szőlőszemeket is lefagyaszthatod és azt borba vagy fröccsbe beledobva lehűti az italodat. Egy jó sangria ilyenkor feldobja a bulit, grillezést és akár abba is beleteheted, hogy ne sima jégkockával tartsd hidegen az italodat.
Ráadásul díszítőelemként is emeli az italod megjelenését.
Sokan azt hiszik, hogy a paradicsom zöldség, nagy tévedésben vannak, mert igazából a bogyós termés inkább számít gyümölcsnek. Nyáron leves gyanánt paradicsomlevet szoktam az asztalra tenni, jól behűtve lila hagymával, uborkával megfejelve. No meg egy kis oliva olaj, bors, só és bazsalikom. A hideg gyümölcs leves is felüdülést hoz az étkezés során.
Egy gyümölcsös koktél -legyen az alkoholos vagy alkoholmentes- is remek szórakozás ha gyerekekkel együtt készíted. Egy keverés, kavarás, rázás és már kész is! Itt is használhatod a gyümölcsös jégkockát!! Manapság olcsón elérhetők az egyszerűbb koktél készítő szettek receptekkel együtt. Szerezz be gyorsan egyet és indulhat a buli, a kísérletezés. Már csak a napernyő és a narancs karika hiányzik a díszítéshez, esetleg menta.
Desszertet is készíthetsz a gyümölcsökből. A gyümölcssalátát biztosan sokan szeretik, hiszen a nagy nyári melegben a nehezebb ételek, desszertek kevésbé kelendőek. Ráadásul a hideg ételek akár csak a fagyi lehűtik a gyomrot, a teltségérzetet elveszik étkezés során és után.
Egy szó, mint száz, a gyümölcsöket eheted, ihatod, nyalhatod is!
